Very very good food. Excellent service and self serve. The place is usually pretty busy, so you know it's good. Ambiance is casual.
I absolutely adore Cesar's Mongolian! From the moment I stepped in, I was charmed by the cute ambiance that instantly put me in a great mood. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel so welcomed throughout my visit. Let's talk about the food - it was absolutely delicious ALL YOU CAN EAT! Each dish was bursting with flavor and made with such care. I felt like I was getting more than my money's worth with the generous portions and the quality of the ingredients. I genuinely love coming to this place because it never fails to impress me. The combination of the cozy atmosphere, outstanding service, and mouthwatering food makes it a top choice for me. I would definitely recommend Cesar's Mongolian to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
Mongolian B-b-Q if you are unfamiliar is sort of DIY stir fry. You can choose Beef, Pork or chicken as your base. If you want to upgrade to lamb it is extra $2. Be a purist or mix and match as much or little as you can fit in a bowl. Next bowl is for vegetables sauce and noodles. Add onion, broccoli, baby corn, tofu, pineapple, bell peppers, chilies, and or noodles. You can follow a recipe or create your own tase with the sauces . The chefs will prepare your creation in front of you. The servers are prompt to make sure you have what ever you need. Soup, pineapple rice , fruit, jello , and other items are available at a separate section. And steamed rice can be requested. The restaurant is a bit dated with well maintained carpet in a burgundy red , dark wood. .On the outside it sits at the end of a strip mall. If you want. A healthy less expensive alternative for lunch or dinner this is it .
Service - you basically create your main meal yourself by curating your own plate of food. But the cooks are super speedy and efficient and the servers are great at clearing dishes and serving drinks. Here's how it works: You are allowed max two empty bowls to fill up. You travel along a long bar prep area with raw proteins, various veggies and tofu, and lots of different sauces. I recommend you fill up one empty bowl with all the raw proteins and sauce it. Then the other bowl with the veggies and noodles and sauce to maximize the end results! They have tons of fresh veggies and one type of noodle (chow mein style). It's a delicious selection. There are tons of sauces to choose from and they provide written recommendations of different combos. Then you take your bowls to the line where they cook it. They have two cooks and one giant heating surface. They walk around in a circle and swish your food around to cook it on the giant heater. It's fun to watch them dump your bowls in a heap and watch them cook down into a delicious meal. Lunch time has no "pocket bread". That is available at dinner. It takes 15 mins to cook it so order it with your server as soon as you sit down. You won't regret it; they are sooooo good. There's also a seperate bar area that has jello and desserts, soup, wontons. All self serve. It's all you can eat so you can make yourself another plate. Please do not waste food and only make what you can eat. It's fast, friendly, yummy. Highly recommend.
Really good service and really good food. All you can eat, but got full after the first round
Highly recommend food here is so delicious. The waitress are always so nice and so attentive. This place is super affordable. One of our favorite places to go.
I can't believe I haven't reviewed this fabulous place until now. Caesar's has been around for years, but has still somehow managed to remain mostly under the radar. As noted in other reviews, the owners and employees here are truly nice folks. For a mostly self-serve operation, they're constantly circulating around the restaurant, ensuring everything is going smoothly. The grill offerings are plentiful. Vegetables are fresh and good quality, and the containers are kept full. The entire area is constantly being cleaned. A separate area has items such as a soup, kimchi and pineapple fried rice (recommended!). Egg rolls are included during dinner. The restaurant - even when full - has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Restrooms are spotless. My only disappointments are minor ones. Years ago, dinner included a delicious sesame pocket bread. This is now only available on-request, and at additional cost. Also, their soy sauce is sourced in China; I'd be more comfortable if it was from somewhere else. If one is looking to try Mongolian Barbecue for the first time, it's hard to find a better place to enjoy it than at Caesar's Mongolian.
